Monocouche external rendered finish is a pre mixed external decorative colour rendering system. The main difference between traditional sand and cement renders is that the latter is coloured all the way through. This minimises the need for any painting. It also protects the existing fabric of your home by sealing it in a way that becomes weatherproof.  This makes it virtually maintenance free.

Tyrolean is a one coat system applied onto a flat coat render. Tyrolean comes in various different colours so no decoration is required.

Pebble dash is again a 3 part render, First coat sand and cement mix followed by a second coat & topped with a fine or 10mm aggregate. Various colours of aggregate can be used or just the traditional 10mm pea shingle applied. Once dry, it can be decorated to a coloured finish if preferred.

Traditional flat coat render using soft sand, hydrated lime & cement, Depending on the wall surface we normally apply 2 coats of mortar mix to a smooth flat finish ready for decoration.

Lime putty is carried out to a 3 coat finish. The first coat of lime putty, sharp sand and animal hair, (goat or horse). The second coat the same lime putty, sharp sand and animal hair mixture. This is followed by a third coat of lime putty and fine sand with normally no animal hair.
